Bert’s Hen Do 2022

Brighton Wonderland House, Bedford St, Kemptown, Brighton BN2 1AN

Parking: There are pay and display bays on the surrounding streets and numerous multi-storey car parks.

There are some free park options a little further away. Manor Crescent and Flimwell Close are closest. You could also park even further out if they’re busy and get an Uber to drop you off with your stuff :)

Another option is to park at The Marina and catch the Volks Railway electric train back along the beach.

Fri 10th Jun 2022

4 - 5.30pm Hen’s arrive & settle in @Wonderland House

Please be onsite by 5.30pm, if possible!

6pm Bert arrives

Bubbles welcome!

7.30pm Dinner: Domino’s Pizza Party

We’ll order in some delicious Beige Beauties to the house and split the costs on the night

8.30pm Disney Pyjama Party @Wonderland House

Drinks, snacks, fun and games :)

Dress code: get comfy in your favourite Disney PJs!

Sat 11th Jun

9 - 10am Breakfast: Sausage/Bacon sandwiches at the house

11am - 1pm Free time on Brighton Beach

We need everyone out of the house as we will prep a lovely tea party

We need some help making the sandwiches so if you’d like to help, please let us know!

1 - 3pm Mad Hatter’s Tea Party @Wonderland House

Cakes, sarnies, tea and coffee will be provided

but you are very welcome to bring your own bubbles!

3 - 5.30pm Get ready for Disney Night!

Dress code: your favourite Disney character. Heros, villains, princesses or pets - anything goes!

We will dress Bert as Meg from Hercules (her fav character) and the bridesmaids will be the muses. If you could just avoid those very obscure characters, that would be great :’)

6 - 8.30pm Karaoke @Lucky Voice Brighton!

Sing your heart out in our own private booth :)

We have the booth from 6.30 - 8.30 and there is a bar for pre/post drinks

We’ve covered the cost for the booth - you’ll just need to get your own drinks

Note: We know 6.30 is a little early but it was booked up :(

We have asked them to notify us if a later slot becomes available so timings might change slightly.

8.30pm table at Be At One then night is yours!

We’ve reserved a table at Be At One just in case everything is rammo!

We’ll go there for one and if we’re not feeling it we can move on.
Brighton is full of bars and clubs so fill your boots :)

Sunday will be much more chilled!

We have the house for 3 nights but you are welcome to head back home if you’re all henned out

Get your PJs back on for a cosy eve - we’ll most likely get some fish and chips

What’s already there.

Wonderland House has most essentials already.

Bed linen, guest towels, hand towels and tea towels are all provided. Every room has a hairdryer. There are also ironing boards and 2 irons.

Essentials like hand soap, 2 loo rolls per toilet, bin bags, dishwasher tablets, salt, pepper, tea and coffee are also provided. There’s also a small supermarket, Mulberry, less than a minutes walk from the house.

Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are not provided.
