As Lee’s only owned and operated UK retail store, I worked closely with the in-store team to plan and execute seasonal visual merchandising updates. Acting as the main point of contact between the Belgian head office and the UK store team, I regularly assisted with campaign set-ups in the flagship store in Belgium before implementing them in the London store. This ensured consistency in brand presentation and accurate translation of global directives for the UK market. I also managed installation logistics, refreshed key product stories, and maintained a strong visual standard that aligned with Lee’s seasonal direction.
