Debenhams - UK & EIRE

Every season, I delivered a visual merchandising incentive project across 98 Debenhams stores with the objective to drive in-store compliance, elevate execution and ultimately drive sell-thru. I did this by owning the project from start to finish: developing brand guidelines specific to Debenhams, rolling out of all seasonal POS updates as well as planning and delegating visits to a cross section of stores for a mystery shop-style evaluation. The stores would be recognised for their efforts with prizes and also coached on any areas they could improve. The project consistently improved store standards during peak trade periods and drove a 20–30% uplift in sell-through across those weeks. It also boosted staff morale and strengthened relationships with Debenhams on all levels.
